Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, and building long, balanced muscles. Using controlled movements and intentional breathing, this class targets the deep stabilizing muscles of the abdomen, back, hips, and glutes while also increasing flexibility and body awareness.

Yin Yoga
